Pictures will be taken during the event. These are used for the purpose of documenting the event and in connection with the organiser’s public relations work. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact the photographer directly so that your request can be considered.
If there is a justified need (Covid-19), the personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address) will only be passed on to the health authorities. The data is processed in accordance with data protection requirements. Two weeks after leaving the Venue, the data will no longer be processed for these purposes and will be deleted.
